Although I never got to meet her face to face, Rikki became someone, to me, to be so much more than someone to help with my Mom's paperwork process. She became more like a family member herself. She was always there to answer questions, to help in any way she could, and to "talk me off the ledge" when things got very stressful, sad, or emotional for me. My Mom passed away on August 30th and she still reached out to me to ask how I was doing. That is way beyond the scope of just a job.
